WIbookAI vs The Knot for wedding venues
One is a marketplace that sends you inquiries. The other is the workspace where you turn those inquiries into booked, paid, well-run events. Most venues are really asking which job they need done.

They solve different problems
The Knot is where many couples start looking. As a vendor you pay to appear there, with a storefront, photos, reviews and a way for couples to message you. The Knot does not publish a price list. Its sales team quotes a price based on your market and category.
WIbookAI starts when the message arrives. It holds the inquiry, the booking, the agreement, the deposit, the payment schedule, the guest count and the run sheet. It does not advertise your venue to couples.
When a venue needs both
If you rely on The Knot for leads, keep it, and send those leads into WIbookAI. When a couple inquires, add them to your pipeline and carry them through to a signed agreement and a paid deposit without retyping anything.
If you already have more inquiries than open dates, the listing may matter less than the system that handles them. Look at where your last ten bookings came from before you renew a marketplace contract.
Made by a venue owner
WIbookAI grew out of how Jeff McGee runs Madison Farm Wedding Venue and Bella Vita Catering in Washington. That is why a single booking can carry venue and catering totals, deposits and payments side by side.
